Xiam Technologies Limited

Transparency Report Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

Xiam is committed to being transparent about how we enforce our policies and respond to government and legal requests, as our user base and operations grow.

1. Our Commitment

As Xiam scales, we intend to publish periodic transparency reports summarizing:

Xiam intends to publish transparency reports annually at a minimum and may publish them more frequently as operational capacity and reporting volumes increase. Where practical, previously published transparency reports will remain publicly available for historical reference.

Reported figures are approximate aggregate statistics and may change due to ongoing investigations, appeal outcomes, duplicate reports, or subsequent corrections. A single report may involve multiple pieces of content or multiple accounts, and a single account may be subject to multiple enforcement actions during a reporting period.

Nothing in this policy creates a legal obligation to publish a report on any particular schedule, format, or level of detail, and Xiam may modify its reporting practices as operational needs and legal requirements evolve.

2. Current Stage

[NOTE: This policy describes Xiam's intended transparency practices. As an early-stage MVP, Xiam does not yet have sufficient enforcement volume to produce a meaningful first transparency report. We intend to publish our first report once we have a sufficient operating history to provide meaningful, non-identifying aggregate data — anticipated within the first 12 months following public launch, updated periodically thereafter.]

3. What We Will Not Disclose

Transparency reports will contain aggregate statistics only. We will not publish information that could reasonably identify a specific user, complainant, law-enforcement investigation, or security measure. We will not disclose:

4. Where Reports Will Be Published

Once available, transparency reports will be published at xiam-f35ec.web.app/transparency-policy and referenced from our Privacy Policy and Law Enforcement Request Policy.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as Xiam grows and our transparency reporting practices mature. Material changes will be noted in-app.
